servicing the Milwaukee area for 35 years.
Located in Oak Creek, WI, with employees having over 80 years of experience in the
industry, our technicians and office staff provide professional service backed by

History
Stramowski Heating was founded in 1977 by Alvin and Elaine Stramowski. The company
was originally located in the City of South Milwaukee on the northwest corner of
Davis Ave. and North Chicago Ave. The exact address being 234 N Chicago Ave.
Brian Stramowski, has been in the business the longest followed by Kevin, and eventually
Jay Stramowski joined the Stramowski Heating team with his two brothers in the 1980’s.
In 2002 Janice, Brian, Kevin, and Jay’s older sister joined our team working in
the office.
In 2006 Stramowski Heating started making plans to move because the City of South
Milwaukee was taking the land for city development purposes.
Stramowski Heating finally moved in April of 2007 to its current location at 6508
S Howell Ave. in Oak Creek, WI.
Today, Stramowski Heating continues to provide industry-leading heating and a/c
service and installation in the Milwaukee area and in the recent years, we have
taken steps to change our customer service operation by leaning out our company
and increasing the efficiency of our employees so that your experience with us is
as easy as possible.
We have simplified our methods by utilizing only one rule; that rule being to always
do what is in the best interests of our customer and never sell that customer anything
that he/she/they do not need.
