Very nice tech. He was very professional, detected the problem and solved it with a new thermostat. I thought the cost was high, but after googling it, there were in line with what seems to be the average. Highly recommend Stramowski Heating for your air conditioning or heat needs

We have had nothing but excellent experiences with Stramowski. Their technicians are thorough and will answer any questions in ways that can be understood. When they come for the yearly heating/air conditioning checkups they spend anywhere from 60-90 minutes giving the equipment a complete inspection. Anthony, the tech that comes to our house never gives you the feeling that he's there for a brief time and then must go to the next appointment. He makes sure everything has been checked out. One other comment...their receptionist is a very friendly and courteous lady who will always work around your schedule when possible which is just about always. You can tell this is a professional operation.

We just had Kyle, from Stramowski, check out our furnace and mainly the air conditioner. All the above comments can be repeated once again except that Kyle was the tech instead of Anthony. Kyle and Anthony could be interchangeable which gives me the feeling that anyone Stramowski sends to do checkups or maintenance is an excellent technician. The same thing can be said about "Sam" their receptionist. She's very easy to talk to and will do whatever it takes to get you the time you want your services done.

Yes your service tech was great , he took great care to explain how our AC unit was working. Suggested to remove any debris that might make it run at peak performance from the fins. As always we tried to have the unit checked once each year so future issues can be address by your company. All you service tech’s that we come to know all been really great in job skills, knowledge of service.

They are the future of maintaining returning customers like us make our first call would be to your company. Give your guys the credit they deserve .

We’ll see your guys later on for the preventative maintenance on our furnace in December.

There was nothing wrong with your service your staff are great had two different technicians out here and they did great give me some advice to keep my heating and air conditioning in good working order will see you in January for my check up
